Thank you for choosing Dogh & Co. When making a booking with us you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please make sure you read through these terms before making a booking with us.

Here at Dogh & Co. we provide a one-on-one service on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday. Being on time to your appointed time slot is important due to the tight schedule we have. We may not be able to accommodate for a change in service type if there is insufficient time in our schedule. Similarly if are late to your appointment causing your appointment to start late a lesser service may be performed.

We also do provide a Stay & Groom service on Wednesday & Thursdays. Please note that drop off time is between 8am and 9am, if you require a different time please contact us ahead of time to accommodate any changes. You will be notified of a rough pick up time at drop off and you shall receive a text message to confirm a pick up time. Due to the nature of stay and groom days we can not guarantee a particular time for pick up if you require a certain pick up time we recommend to book for a one on one groom. Pick up shall be no later than 5pm unless preorganised via staff.

We would appreciated any rescheduling or cancellations be notified with 48 hours notice. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of you appointment time may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of booked service, any time less than 12hrs incure 100% cancellation fee. This must be paid before another appointment can be made.

Reminder texts will be sent to remind you of your appointment date and time. Occasionally a appointment can be forgotten, if you are unable to be contacted after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled to ensure the rest of our appointments for the day run smoothly. A no attempt of contacting us for missed appointment may subject to cancellation fee and must be paid before another appointment is made.

Our number one priority is you dogs health and safety, please notify us of any conditions or recent veterinary care so that we can best assess and continue our service. Please inform us if you discover your dog has a communicable disease, fungus or skin condition and maintain your vaccinations this helps protect our customers and staff.

We will not de-mat a dog that has extreme matting this can cause pain and trauma to the dog, dematting does incur additional fees please be aware of this when booking in a dog that mat have matting. If we do find your dog to be matted we will contact to inform you that we intend to shave back your dog, if we are unable to get hold of you we will do what is in the dogs best interest of welfare.

If at any time a dog becomes fearful or aggressive we reserve the right to stop grooming at any point and you will be charge accordingly to the completion of the groom.

Photographs of your dog may be taken and posted on our social media with only dogs name. if you wish not to have you dogs photo take please let us know at the start of your appointment.

In regards to our ‘Tidy Up” service, this service is only available to clients that are on a regular grooming schedule with us that is every 4-6 weeks. This service is not available to new clients.

Similarly we will not accept appointments for ‘Wash Only’ for clients who require full grooms for example oodles etc. if we have not seen your dog within a reasonable time frame e.g 4-6 weeks.
